Better Together with Team Vivo

Take an exercise class with your 85- year-old mom in Maryland, without leaving your home in Arizona.
I had been reading about Team Vivo‘s live interactive exercise classes for months, and recently decided to take the plunge. Not only did I get in a workout, but I was also able to spend time with my mom in a way that was organic and fun. Each person in our small group was in their own home, and we met on Zoom. The personal trainer was fabulous. She watched everyone carefully, gave tips on form, and offered modifications. Ease into Aging does not receive compensation for this recommendation. It is one of our tried-and-true holiday pics for 2024 and beyond. Give your loved one the gift of strength, mobility and balance with Team Vivo.
Stay Connected

Keep your loved ones up to date with the Aura Digital Photo Frame. Friends and family members can add photos from their smart phones in under 5 seconds. My mom loves hers. |
Personal Assistant

With a simple voice command, the Echo dot / Alexa can turn on a light, make a phone call, add groceries to a shopping list, check the weather, play music, listen to a podcast, and more. My in-laws use theirs daily.

Always on Time

Large Digital Clock shows time, spells out morning, afternoon or evening, day of the week, date, month, and year. The large number and letter design add ease to see at a distance. Very helpful for seniors with compromised vision and/or memory challenges. Has been wonderful for my own mom, especially when she wakes from a short nap and needs to reorient herself.

Keep Them Warm

Many seniors become cold as they age; decreased circulation in the extremities, and nerve damage, known as neuropathy, can cause feet to be cold. The electric feet warmer will help keep your loved ones toasty all year round. |
